Accessibility Settings

The Accessibility tab of Settings collects options that make LogRaker easier to read and use.

Text size

The Text size slider scales the main LogRaker window - the log output and the sidebar - from 70% to 200% of the standard size. 100% is the size LogRaker ships with. The slider moves in 5% steps.

Changes take effect immediately as you move the slider, including any streams that are already open, so you can dial in a comfortable size while watching live output. The Text size control on this tab previews the size as you drag.

Menus, dialogs, and editor sheets keep the standard system text size - following the macOS convention where a text-size setting scales the content you read, not the app's chrome.

Reduce Motion

LogRaker honors the system Reduce Motion setting (System Settings ▸ Accessibility ▸ Display ▸ Reduce Motion). When it is on, LogRaker minimizes non-essential animation: the sidebar activity waveform and status LEDs change state without fading or pulsing, drag-and-drop borders stay still, cards and panels appear without sliding, and the About window's animated trace holds steady. The information each of these conveys is unchanged - only the motion is removed. There is no separate switch in LogRaker; it follows the system setting and updates the moment you change it.

Play a sound when an item is dropped into place (on by default) gives a short snap whenever a drag lands on a target: a Monitor dropped onto a Monitor Board or moved to another cell, a stream dropped into a layout pane, or a source dropped onto a Monitor. Drops that are refused - a duplicate, or a board cell that already holds a card - stay silent, as does rearranging rows in the sidebar. Turn it off here if you would rather work without it.
